Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our product (personal care and hygiene), we’re unable to accept returns if the balm has been opened or used.
If your item is unopened and in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first to arrange the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if your balm arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue, we’ll replace it or offer a refund right away.

If you purchased through Amazon, their 30-day return policy applies. Please follow the return process via your Amazon account.
