Hi, I’m Jo!

I’m a mum of two and a newborn photographer based in New Zealand. Over the years, I’ve seen so many new mums in my studio quietly battling sore nipples in those early breastfeeding days - and let’s be honest, that really takes the sparkle out of the experience.

I’ve been there too. I assumed my baby and I would just naturally know what to do, but those first few days were tough. I struggled with latching, positioning, and painfully dry, cracked nipples. I remember wincing through every feed, and I never want another mama to go through that alone.
